In the Power Options window, click the link “Change what the power button does” on the left. This will open the “Choose what the power button does” window.
Step 5: On the next page, at the top, select “Change Settings That Are Currently Unavailable.” This ensures you can toggle off the Fast Startup option.
Step 6: Untick the “Turn on fast startup (recommended)” option
In the “Choose what the power button does” window, untick the “Turn on fast startup (recommended)” option. This will disable the Fast Startup feature.
Step 7: Click “Save Changes”
Once you have made the changes, click the “Save changes” button to save the changes.
